Rahm's 'Rent'
Is Just The Tip
Of Ethics Iceberg

by Dick Morris & Eileen McGann - February 17th, 2009 - New York Post

News broke last week that Rahm Emanuel, now White House chief of staff, lived rent- free for years in the home of Rep. Rosa De Lauro (D-Conn.) - and failed to disclose the gift, as congressional ethics rules mandate. But this is only the tip of Emanuel's previously undisclosed ethics problems.

[snip]

During that time, he also served as chairman of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee - which gave Greenberg [DeLauro's husband] huge polling contracts. It paid Greenberg's firm $239,996 in 2006 and $317,775 in 2008. (Emanuel's own campaign committee has also paid Greenberg more than $50,000 since 2004.)

The Magic Marxist Messiah promised he would run the most ethical administration in history. Actually he did not finish the sentence. He meant the most ethical administration in the history of socialists.

Socialists by their very nature think that the money of others should rightfully belong to them, so when someone gives them something, they don't see it as income, they see it as returning to them their rightful due. Now if you are something disgusting, like a Republican or a conservative, those rules don't apply to you. Sound like a double standard? Right now, the Democrats are simply stunned that all these rules they wrote for the evil Republicans should DARE be applied to them.

That is why they cannot understand how anyone would think that they have done anything wrong.

Tax cheat for a Treasury Secretary? No problem.

Free rent in a mansion for political contributions? No problem.

Pay for play by a Governor for Commerce Secretary? No problem.

I think we are up to over a dozen blatant examples of criminal conduct for Obama appointees. Over a dozen that we know of!

Obama is steam rolling Republicans because they are too stupid to see what the double standard of the rules mean. Obama just took his first vacation 3 weeks into his Presidency because he was exhausted. He just could not understand why only 3 Republicans were willing to support his 'stimulus' bill no matter how much it expanded the socialist government power of our nation. By the time these 3 figure out what they have done, the fairness doctrine will have shut down free speech in America. Conservatives and Libertarians will have no voice. These 3 will be driven from power just like all other Republicans.
