Where Have You Gone, Bill Casey?
"We win and they lose."

As I arrived at [Herb] Meyer's room to pick him up, I was greeted by a genial, pleasant man who was worked up over what he was watching on television. Meyer [right-hand man to President Reagan's CIA director, Bill Casey] was enduring C-SPAN's coverage of [Leon] Panetta's confirmation hearings for CIA director. Something really insidious was on display at those hearings: a curious consensus that if American intelligence -- God forbid -- knew there was a ticking bomb in a major city, and had in possession the terrorist who knew the bomb's location, that it would be wrong to "torture" the suspect to disclose the location.
This is where the unceasing hatred of George W. Bush has finally brought us: bloody irrationality.
What concerns me even more is that the 52% of the American voters who put Barack Obama, the Magic Marxist Messiah, into power, would unquestionably agree that the nuclear holocaust which resulted from letting that bomb explode would be Bush's and the Republican's fault. After seven years of unceasing vitriolic lies, Bush is the great Satan and half our population accept that EVERYTHING is his fault. All Republicans are smeared with that same guilt.
This is a great article that accurately explains how America came to be guided by a man who believed in the source of our greatness. Ronald Reagan believed we could win against the evil empire and went on to actually put in place the forces that secured that victory. To this day, Democrats deny that Reagan won the cold war. They argued at that time that we could not win. After it was clear we HAD won, they insisted the collapse of the Soviet Union had nothing to do with Reagan.
This article makes it clear, we DID win and Reagan's was the guiding hand.
Who will guide us to victory against the Islamo-fascists? Not the global socialists of the Obama regime.
