The Next Immigration Battle:
Birthright Citizenship

by Arnold Ahlert - January 7th, 2010 - Front Page Magazine

... the Fourteenth Amendment has been “misinterpreted,” and... the word “jurisdiction” provides the key. “It was very clear that to be under the jurisdiction thereof [The actual words of the Amendment] meant that your parents had an allegiance to the United States of America. That has been something that has been ignored, as our government has allowed for citizenship to be granted to children of foreign nationals,” he said Tuesday.

“When taken to its logical extreme, that would produce the absurd result that children of invading armies would be considered citizens of the U.S.,” he said.

Actually, it does not require any extreme interpretation. It is the obvious interpretation of the current judicial oligarchy and its anti-American ideology. It cannot be defended. It is absurd. Yet that is the intent of the supporters of the current interpretation. It is clear, enemies of our nation have successfully mis-interpreted our Constitution for the clear purpose to subvert our nation. They wish to destroy our culture. Their idiocy should be overturned. It would be if our nation still was controlled by patriots. I doubt that it will though. It is my fear that our nation has gone so far down the road to self destruction that it is too late to stop it.
