Restoring Reaganism

’Tis the season for recriminations.

by Deroy Murdock - November 10th, 2008 - National Review Online

Comrade George W. Bush has spearheaded the most aggressive federal expansion since Franklin Delano Roosevelt. As a delivery system for socialism, he has been the most effective Trojan Horse since that pine steed rolled into Troy.

When Bush arrived, Washington consumed 18.4 percent of Gross Domestic Product. Uncle Sam now devours 22.5 percent of the economy, reported Jon Ward in the October 19 Washington Times. “The country has gone from a $128 billion budget surplus when Mr. Bush took office to a deficit of at least $732 billion in fiscal 2009,” Ward writes.

This article lists the litany of George W. Bush failures and big government excesses, all while claiming to be a conservative. He is as much a bigot as those who proclaim themselves Christian Conservatives and then advocate a violation of the principal of free will that is an insult to the God they pretend to revere.

He is right about one thing. George W. Bush and his fellow big government advocate Karl Rove need to be sent packing. They drug the Republican Party so far left that America had to support the Marxist Barack Obama to go turn further left, and they did. Thank you Karl.
